USTIF CLAIMANTS… Did you Know???? PADEP is being especially critical of compliance with leak detection requirements and documentation. Oxford Engineering Company has helped PAGRA members update their compliance status and avoid unnecessary compliance costs. Maintaining compliance with the regulations is required to be covered by the PADEP USTIF in the event a leak is discovered and costly investigations or remedial action are necessary.
